Enderle & Moll - Weiss & Grau 2015
Close to a 50/50 blend of Weißburgunder and Grauburgunder (Pinots Blanc and Gris) fermented for 5-6 days on the skins, pressed and moved to a 2500-liter oak cask. It then matures for 10 months on the lees before a light filtration a minute addition of sulfur at bottling.
The wine is very mineral and citrusy on the nose. It explodes on your palate. A fresh, vibrant, deep, vivid, complex wine. It grows in complexity and weight as it airs.
